Names General Manager and Director of Sales

Ocononomowoc, Wis., April 20, 2007 – ORBIS Corporation announced that David Rodgers has been recently promoted to Senior Vice President and General Manager of ORBIS Container Services, a subsidiary of ORBIS Corporation that provides and manages pools of reusable plastic containers, or RPCs, that safely and efficiently move fruits and vegetables throughout the produce supply chain.

Rodgers previously held the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing and offers years of experience with reusable packaging in a variety of industries, including product, food, retail, automotive and pharmaceutical. He also holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Reusable Pallet and Container Coalition and is active in the Produce Marketing Association.

In addition, Michelle Ziegler has been promoted to Director of Sales for ORBIS Container Services. In her previous role as National Sales Manager, Ziegler collaborated with major retailers to implement container pooling programs. Ziegler has more than nine years experience in pallet and container pooling within the produce industry and has been involved with many key industry initiatives, including RPC label standardization.
